Social Media & Content Lead (Fractional/ Remote)

About the Role

This is a growth role, not a posting role.

We are not looking for someone who “manages social media.”
We are looking for someone who understands how content performs and grows.

You will work directly with the team to

• turn podcast conversations into content
• test formats
• drive reach and engagement

What You Will Be Responsible For

1. Content Repurposing

• Turn episodes into short-form clips (TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts)
• Identify strong moments worth cutting

2. Platform Management

• Manage TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Ensure consistent posting and optimisation

3. Growth & Performance

• Track performance of content
• Identify what works and what doesn’t
• Suggest improvements and new formats

4. Creative Direction (Execution-Level)

• Work on hooks, captions, and framing
• Test different styles and approaches

What This Role Is NOT

• Not just scheduling posts
• Not generic Canva content
• Not passive execution

Who This Is For

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a proven track record growing social media accounts
• Understands short-form content deeply
• Knows what makes people stop scrolling
• Is proactive and brings ideas
• Can work closely and directly with the founder
